Can't ptz Uokoo x series 1080p camera

I switched for ispy to BlueIris and love it but need to solve a few problems.
I can not seem to find right driver for camera for pan/tilt
Tried several selections.

keep on trying..make sure port is correct...you can email support and give him access to the camera...
