Can't reset password on HIK Vision Camera

This camera came with my house. The previous owner failed to reset or give me the password. There's 2 cameras with this HIK Model, one on the left and one on the right.

I did the SADP forgot password for both cameras and sent to HIK. They came back with one XML Key, and the other one they claim is an unauthorized device. Which I'm questioning because I pretty convinced the previous owner purchased both at the same time, or they messed up and unlocked one by mistake. Whatever the case, they refuse to send me the reset for one of them.

I've tried everything so far and nothing works. The backdoor method, the HIK password reset tool, nothing works... Looks like these methods are already old.

I want to see if someone can please help me with a newer method.

The Hikvision tftp updater will reset the camera to inactive (default configuration) when used to reflash the firmware.

What version of firmware does SADP show for the camera?
Best to reflash with the same or a similar version.

I must've made a change because now it doesn't show on SADP, it used to show up before. On NVR it shows up as Offline (Network Abnormal).

But based on its paired model, which is the one HIK did unlock I can tell you it's: V5.6build 210625

Where do I find the firmware file?

And, speaking of, how can I fix the "Network Abnormal", I'm getting that on 4 cameras (2 which I've never been able to access, and 2 that used to show up before)

With the PC connected to an unused NVR PoE port?
