Can't Save and Config Changes

Hey folks.

Acquired a DH-IPC-HDBW54A1EN-Z
Issue 1 is that I cannot change most settings from the web console. I get an error with a red stop indicator and dialog saying "save failed!". I've not been able to figure out what is going on here.

ONVIF Version: 2.4.2

Second, I couldn't get BI to control the motorized lens.

reset camera to defaults, Setup -> System -> Defaults

The motorized lens is not accessable via ONVIF, its not a PTZ

Thanks for that answer.
Anyone know why I cannot save config changes to the camera on a lot of settings? For example, I cannot turn off 3D NR, change the backlight settings etc.

config files can get corrupted and they wont take.. resetting the configs to default should resolve it.
