Cant see camera in live view

Need some help. I can see the camera on the nvr but when Im in the browser I cant get live view. But it recording in live view. What am I missing?

What am I missing?

Guessing a bit about the (unspecified) camera - but probably the installation of the camera-specific plugin in a browser that still supports plugins, such as IE11.
