Can't see the local menu

I i can't see the Configuration>Local menu om my camera. I Can see it on my dvr, but not the camera. I have the latest firmware. I have no way to track my events direcly on camera?

What browser are you using to access the (unspecified) camera web GUI?

I am using a Hikvision DS-2CD2442FWD-IW. I am using the chrome browser on a PC. With the chrome browser you will NOT be able to see any video.
What function are you looking to set or use .




if you are trying to see video on the camera try using the palemoon32 browser or microsoft Internet explorer with are correct plug in.

You need to have a microSD card installed on most cameras to see recorded events at the camera
