new to all this i have 2 Vstarcam model Hi3518e which i have setup presets in the app EYE4 within the app the presets work the cameras are working fine in Blue iris can pan tilt etc but have read the help file but just cant get the camera s to use the presets
i ve also got 2 cammy c-130 cameras which also use the presets on the app web page but not within Blue iris but work once again with Onvif device manager
any help would most welcome
