Surveillance video showed a vehicle traveling past the complex. Then, shots were fired from the vehicle at people who returned fire.

One the guys has what looks like a machine gun? Who the hell carry’s that around with them?

Also their return fire, the car was long gone and one the guys just fires into the air?

With these stats who doesn’t carry a gun? I know I don’t leave the house without it. The place is an fn’ war zone.
I’m a preferred contractor for the Phila electric CO. And work night shift on those streets. We’ve had drive by’s on our job sites. There is always gunfire it doesn’t even matter what part of the city it is anymore.
