Change language from chinese to english

Help me, I have a NVR DS-7732N-E4-V3 Is there any firmware to change Chinese to English?

Something to try.. Go to the NVRs GUI aka while connected to the NVR HDMI or D-Sub to your monitor, Log in to the NVr, then click on Configuration. Then under general top line should be Language see if English option is there?

You bought a Chinese fw NVR from China? I don't think you can update with english fw, normally the FW is locked if they are a Chinese NVR.

If it's original English just contact hikvision, if it's just a Chinese NVR, have no way to help you out.
