Color Night Vision Security Cameras

Hello All,

It's been a while and I hope everyone is healthy and well.

Hard to believe (for me) but, technology can improve so, the question: Are there any security cameras with full color night vision that is affordable, practical & reliable for home surveillance etc., (like Dahua Starlight varifocal turret cameras) that are in the market today?
I had to ask after seeing this video:
If this was discussed already, please point me to it. Search results didn't yield much.
