Is there any way to connect my NVR to the internet/home network via Wifi instead of running a Cat5 cable to the router? I'm trying to install an 8 cam system into a house with no attic, and the cable modem is inaccessible from where the NVR will be. Is there some way to add another wifi hotspot next to the NVR and have it connect the NVR to the main wifi or anything like that?

Have I been living under a rock? Do these work good? Wish I would have seen these a long time ago
Yes you have. Yes they do. Look at the bright side, the tech is far more mature than it was a few years back, and much cheaper.
