For the first time since I've built my new BI PC, I had to convert/export a large clip. I noticed that it takes forever, but none of my components are being taxed at all. I have a Threadripper 3970x, 64 GB DDR4 quad-channel RAM, and dual RTX 2060's. I tried playing around with the settings (HW encode has never worked for me with BI and these RTX 2060's) to no avail. When I convert/export a clip, the CPU only jumps from ~8% to ~10%. Memory utilization only jumps about 256MB (~17.5GB out of 64GB utilized). Is there some kind of limitation in the software that isn't letting my system unleash its full potential when exporting?

Dismal Convert/Export performance
I have a pretty decent setup, but trying to export a large quantity of clips, and it is taking forever! I have tried to export stock, and using the iGPU and NVIDIA options (GeForce GTX 1650 Super), but they offer no improvement. The (direct-to-disk) source is of course fixed - an 18TB Seagate...
