Running BI an older I7 4770K with intel HD4600 graphics. All 11 cameras are using HW decoding YES no VPP and direct to disk recording is enabled. If I run it minimized It hovers between 25-35% but as soon as I bring up the console the CPU shoots to 100%.....I have searched the forum but cant find anything that helps. Any ideas or help is appreciated....

is hardware acceleration enable for the H.264 decoding. Do you have the correct driver ?
There are a number of threads on BI and 100%, most are caused by a memory leak in the driver.
What is the memory usage of BI ?
Have you tried to reboot the PC. Does the 100% occur immediately after a reboot ?
not sure about the HD4600 graphics ?
