I am currently running 6 cameras with Blue Iris on an Intel i7-4790 3.6ghz system. Plans are to add another 2 to 3 cameras to my system. I have a i5-7600 3.5ghz processor that I was going to use to build a new office machine.
Would I see any benefit to using the newer 7th gen i5 on my camera system vs. the current i7 4th gen?
