Only thing better is when fresh roadkill saves you some trouble.
IIRC, it's always been "opossum" if being more correct but most people I've ever been around here in the U.S., in GA, AL and CA, usually say "possum".

Never saw a possum in Chicago before but my new cameras caught one. Not telling the wife, she would freak.
He was big too. Just wait your new camera is going to catch a lot of things you have been missing.
