I have a few hikvision indoor cube cameras spare at would like to use one outdoor.

Does anyone know of any 3d printed housings or shields available for the cube series cameras to protect them from the elements?

Thanks

Yeah, not a good idea with that one. Lots of places where moisture, mist, etc. will get in even if shielded. Better off selling it and getting another more appropriate cam.

If you can't sell, outdoors may work pending your installation. As mentioned above, not recommended but not a huge $$ loss if wasted.
I've had this wireless Hik cube (indoor model) installed under a deck arbor for a couple years - no problem.
Keep it out of direct sunlight, rain, elements ,etc. Painted to match to arbor.

Thanks yeah it would be under a cover but there's a chance it could get wet.

I only ask with regards a cover of some sort after seeing a fair few 3d printed covers available for wyze cams over on thingverse, A few I've used myself previous with no problems . I just wondered on whether anyone had made any cover housings for the hik cubes as they are good cameras, cheap and decent quality.
