Dahu ITSAPI not sending data (ITC415-PW6M-IZ-GN)

I am trying to test a Dahu ITC415-PW6M-IZ-GN to send data to my server. The server as of now is an extremely simple web server running on localhost and reads all POST/PUT/GET requests and reports them.

If i fill out the IP PORT on the ITSAPI section and click "Apply" everything seems normal, however if I refresh the page all the settings are gone. If I put the data in and click "Refresh" it says "Operation failed". Also the "Protocol version" field is disabled, and there is nothing there.




I guess I should be able to send test requests to the server using the "Device test" menu, however no request is sent to the server.

I am struggling to find any documentation/guide. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

I set up everything according to these documents, however there is no information about why the "protocol version' is empty, or why the "Operation failed' happens.

I have the same problem, I configured it according to the manual but I only receive the KeepAlive posts, but I do not receive the POSTs with the vehicle data. The camera simply does not send the data when a vehicle is identified.
