Hey guys.
So here is the situation. I have PFA137 - please note there is NO COVER whatsoever on PFA137 junction box - built into the wall - so that can't be re-done. I was asking Andy whether my newly ordered T24IR-AS would fit into that junction box. He said - IDK, you can try it.
So I tried and - wait for it - it doesn't. Even there somebody over here is mentioning they are completely the same, there is slight gap between the camera and junction box (which is open).
What options do you see here? I would need exact types and makes of junction boxes which were the same on your side because certainly, PFA137 is fi 122 and PFA130 is IDK (some say 120 to the hole? or 124?).
I am sorry for my harsh language but I am really pissed off. Why to adore somebody who is not taking care about customers even when pretty straightforward question is asked - it takes no more than 10 minutes to go and line up camera vs. junction box...
My 2c for now.
Thanks for your help.

Just purchased a 3d printer on sale last week. No expert yet, but thought I would design a spacer for mounting the box on steel wall sheeting. Most times pfa130e don’t fit between the ribs on the flat. Been a pet peeve of mine for years. If anyone wants the file, let me know. Still needs improvements as far as making it abit more thick/ridged but like I said I’m just starting out with this whole 3d printing thing. Was literally the second thing I printed since I got it.BC243FDF-DF81-4EAD-A35B-F9F4337DECDB.jpeg748C34F2-C453-4B6D-9E63-621BD9E2BBAD.jpeg5A611F49-197B-4381-B2EF-3557915385A7.jpegADED2347-51A8-410A-8F97-E3227CA4BDDA.jpegD87FF8F9-EB71-448B-AA18-A8DA74D6EDF3.jpeg6B62C7D1-96B7-4606-8FC2-D82E84F3AA3D.jpegF4E27B7A-1EB5-40C0-A9B1-074C19149582.jpeg
