Dahua Help Needed to unbrick

I have two Dahua HDBW3202P ipcams that I can access anymore.

They where working on this versions:

Software version 2.100.0000.7.R, build : 2012-08-30

Because i couldn't see live view anymore I tried to update to a newer firmware.
Both camera's are unfindable and unreachable.

Who can help me, to get them back to work.

Could you log in to the camera web GUI?
What method did you use to do the firmware update?

Before i could login on the camera web gui
I updated with the camera web gui

Now i can'n locate the webcam anymore on the network
the ip is unreachable
also other ip ranges don't locate a device

the config tool cannot find the camera's

is the url not for hikvision cam's

Presumably you've checked the default IP address 192.168.1.108
Does the link detect light come on at the switch / router?
Do the IR LEDs come on at the camera, and then go off?

When i connect a lan lan poe feeded cable

the IR go on and stay on if i see it correctly
there is nog light going on on the switch only for the poe feeding but nog for networking
the power/activity led is also blinking green/red

The wrong firmware killed your camera, this model is bit old and the only way is to replace it with a new camera. I think to repair it can buy a new cam.
