I still recommend you use IVS which is far superior. And make all setting changes on the cameras themselves, not the NVR.

i dont know what im doing wrong here, i have one camera recording movement or something and i cant get any other camera doing movement recording, i have non idea why, ive copied all the settings and not working, it is only recording 24/7 in green, no yellow bars on the time scale.

You set up detection area on the camera and check the box to record.
But as the links above show, you have to set up the recording schedule on the NVR
