i put the 4 cables on my usb is in the pc

Like this did you connect 3.3 it is named number 1 on the pin hole on the camera (number 1 is 3.3 v) next to it is GND, then TX (you conect this one with the RX on the usb)
Last one on the end of the board is RX (you connect this one to TX on the usb)

hold the * on the keyboard

then power up the camera

Does you camera click when it is booted and does it goes up and down and makes the noise like it is slaming (crashing up and down) like it is going more that it should be going ....like it wants to go higer that it makes grrrr sound and goes down makes the same sound


i had this problem....it is the problem if you flashed you camera with this file

IF this is the case you camera is ok but it can not boot beacuse it tryes to switch betwen black and white picture to color picture...and when it switches to color it freezes....


you have to cover the camera (lens completly with some blanket or same cloth (because it is set to automatic mode...when there is much light it tries to go automaticly to color mode and freezes and you can not see it on the network....

Olá, como faço para restaurar Dahua dh-sd50225u-hni. de manufaturas. Não consigo rastrear por nenhum ip, nem pela ferramenta ConfigTool. Só visualize o NVR
