Dahua PTZ Dome - cannot remove overlay text

I recently bought a Dahua PTZ dome camera and, while it is functioning fine, I cannot adjust the overlay text via the browser administration interface. When I log in and go to Camera > Video > Overlay, the web page becomes unusable. I cannot toggle any settings, nor can I navigate away from the page. I want to remove ALL overlay text from my camera, but I cannot with this bug. It appears to be a Javascript issue:

encodeConfig.js?version=2.210:149 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'SetRegionNum' of null

Does anyone know how to get around this?

I was trying Chrome and Edge. Went back to IE and it worked. Thanks (and my bad for overlooking something basic) !!!

The required Video Plugin wont load in either Chrome or Edge, for security purposes they abandoned 3rd party NPAPI plugins, thats why it failed.. for Windows users IE should work, for mac users Safari should work.. for now anyhow.
