how is the camera connected to your NVR ? is it directly via ethernet cable or is it connected to a PoE switch ?

I would try to connect it directly to the back of the NVR first and re-test.

my nvr has 2 ports which are in load balance

it can handle 16 cameras thats why i ask how to do that the nvr is connected to a poe switch

The ptz won’t likely work connected to the NVR PoE ports, not enough power. . It’s fine as-is.

Your NVR us already seeing the ptz ok. You need to setup recording on the NVR not the ptz.

its not connected to one of the 2 nvr ports

setup is camera to poe 24 ports switch

nvr connected with 2 ports in load balance connected to same 24 port switch

That’s fine.

Your picture shows the ptz at 192.168.1.191 is already recognized by the NVR.

You simply need to go to the record tab of the NVR and set it up to record that channel.

That’s a separate question. I answered the first one.

Auto track and face recognition are setup on the ptz camera.they have nothing to do with recording.

You need to tell the NVR to record IVS events. It may be labeled IVS or Intelligent.

Reboot both NVR and ptz

Then see if it is triggering IVS rules. Does line flash red when something crosses?
