Dahua SD49225XA-HNR Auto Tracking Enabled Firmware.

The T.200310 T is tesing version, anyway, guys bought the 0312 verion from us has good working. No need to down again to 0310. Normally will have a official version after T firmware released

4MP is a little weak at very low light place. Not means can't work,I will grab one to test on looney's place.

By the way, can make a screenshot for your 0312 fw ptz Version? Need some compare for the PTZ version.

Make sure you are using IE ( Internet Explorer ) as other browsers do not save.
 
@patriciobarra I can not read what you are saying but I take it you wanted the latest Auto tracking firmware so I have messaged you a link.

I have the same setup and firmware is you. I can't figure out how to get the tracking to work at all. i just got my camera installed yesterday.

I tried to get the firmware from the dropbox link you posted but it is gone. Any chance I can get a copy to try? I just got my SD49225XA-HNR installed yesterday and I can't figure out how to get the auto track to work. I know it's user error because I haven't figured out how to setup much else yet. Thanks
 
Here is how you can determine if you have the autotracking version (and how to set up).

First use Internet Explorer as this camera more than most will not hold or show all settings in other browsers.

You need to set up a preset.

Then you need to set-up the Smart Plan with Deep IVS for the presets you want to track.

Then go to Deep IVS Rules Config page and you should see Track Time under alarm and Tracking Target size slider. If your screen doesn't show this, then you have a version without autotrack.

When setting up IVS rules, I strongly recommend you use intrusion box with appears and crosses instead of tripwire. And less is more. One IVS rule.

Totally stoked. Yesterday I too ordered an SD49225XA-HNR from Andy. He really takes care of his customers!
Is the configuration Windows / IE only, or is there a Mac OS path? If not, me no worry I will run Parallels.
That’s the easy part…..
