I had a question regarding a couple specific cam models from Dahua and Hikvision. The models I was looking at were both vari-focal lenses, 8MP, and seem very similar except it seems like the Dahua has a built in microphone but the Hikvision does not, at least it did not appear that way from the specs. At some point I may want to use audio in my application.
Camera models: Dahua IPC-HDW5831R-ZE
Hikvision DS-2CD2H85FWDIZS
Any thoughts on either of these 2 cameras as to which you might recommend, and does anyone know if there is a difference between the Dahua model having a built-in mic and the Hikvision not.
