Hello everyone,
I recently bought a VTO3211 doorbell and a VTH2621monitor. I can't make them work together. I followed the Dahua wiki for the installation. I see the doorbell on the monitor, and i see the monitor on the webservice of the doorbell.
I installed the VTO on the VTH but ican't see the surveillance stream and the VTO does not make the VTH ring when i push the call button. i rebooted both several time and i have no VTO disconected icon on the VTH screen.
What should i do ?
And on an other topic, i can manage the VTO on the phone apps, see the stream and open the door, but i do not have any notification on calls.
