Dahua's Config Tool ?

Same problem today.. i factory reset DH-SD50225U-HNI from web interface and now not find in config tool. What need to do?

Andy - I entered the correct username and password into the settings and still no devices are found (no cameras, no nvr). When I try to add a camera manually, it says Login Failed. I'm hoping somebody else has run into the same problem and has figured out how to make it work. Most users will be on a 192.168.1.xxx subnet, where I'm using 192.168.100.xxx. Maybe that has something to do with it.

How you fixed? I have the same 192.168.1.xxx subnet, where I'm using 192.168.100.xxx. I'm stuck...

I was working on this 3 years ago, and my memory span is about 5 minutes. The only thing I know right now is that Multicast/Broadcast must be enabled on the camera for config tool to find it. If it can't be found after a factory reset, the only thing I'd know to try is getting to it on the factory default IP address
