How to fix problem ???


NVR Model : DHI-NVR4232
firmware use : DH_NVR4xxx_Eng_P_V3.202.0000.1.R.20170221.bin
my NVR in original language ? europe - English language
my NVR in original language ? Chinese

(PLEASE HELP ME)

Device is too old , 6 years ago, Better not to make any update anymore.
i checked the firmware on dahua server, Hope can help you. Just download here DH_NVR4xxx_Eng_P_V3.202.0000.1.R.20170321.bin

If still has the problem, you bought a hacked version NVR, not original english models.

I made a mistake and found that my device is a Chinese firmware.
Is there a solution to fix it or not


Can you give me the Chinese firmware?
 
sorry, we don't sell Chinese version. Solution is go to ask dahua to flash the chinese nvr into english, but that would be impossible, dahua stop selling device to Iran years ago.

Can I uninstall all firmware's with my own telnet help and install a new English firmware?
If so, how can I do this?
 
Need special tool, only dahua engineer have, remote support is useless. Just buy a new NVR locally.

I have a NVR device, how do I know if my device is a Chinese version or an English version?

NVR: DHI-NVR4232-4k
Record Channel : 32
system Version : 3.210.00003.0
Build Date : 2016-04-20

and

I can change the number of live view from 16 to 32 channel playback
(defaulted : 16 channel playback)
