You bought a ptz without autotracking, and the firmware can't share , guys buy from us all has the build in autotracking FW.Hello Ed,
I am from Holland too I have the same problems with a new year old model. Do you have already a solution? My firmware is:
Systeem Versie 2.800.0000000.19.R, Build Date: 2019-09-02
PTZ-versie2.401.0000000.41.RHNZ_190712_32701
Is it possible to dump my firmware first before I try to update?
Unfortunately as many of us have stated even in the review I mentioned this, the 49225 changed by Dahua during its first 6 months. The first batches included auto tracking built in natively. The later batches had auto tracking disabled by Dahua directly at manufacturing and cannot be re-enabled by standard branch FW. The only way to re-enable as I and others mentioned is to use the customer branch of FW but this is only available from the dealer you purchased the camera from, is not meant to be shared openly according to Dahua and therefore it is the dealer you have to go back to.Hello Ed,
