Differences between cameras

A little late, the specs looked close enough.. I purchased 4 cameras from Andy

3 x 4831EM-AS turrets
1 x 4231EM-ASE turret

I have a very small area that I want to watch (26'x28') So I bought the wide fixed angle cameras. 3 of the cameras for that small driveway pad and the 4th camera is for my front steps (packages)

I have lit up my driveway like a stadium with flood lights...

The 4xxx cameras were slightly less than the 5xxx cameras. What is the functional difference?

4 is fixed lens 5 is varifocal.

The embedded version? You lost me there... I'm still learning some of this lingo myself... But I saw this link in an older post when I myself wanted to know what all those numbers and letters for Cams and NVR's meant... I hated seeing people say try this cam HDW-LMNOP... 123456789...YADA YADA and having no clue what they meant or how to determine what features I wanted in a cam or nvr... But not sure what "Embedded" means? Does that link work for you tho?
