Disable all cameras on app and keep recording: how to do this?

I'm looking for a way to disable all cameras on the app and keep recording. Is this possible? how to do this?

Disable access to the app user...Why do you want to do this?

Sometimes we need to quickly disable viewing on app/web for some users when we choose the global schedule "disabled", while still allowing view to the admin user. And, after some time, we need to quickly enable it again.

Schedule on user profiles would be the way to go?
