DMSS V1.99.811 no option to disable noise reduction anymore

OK. YOu didn't tell that.

so one more time - don't change user/password for DMSS cloud account.
You must go on first page to NVR details (main page in DMSS -> NVR device -> three dots -> device details) and there change user/password how to login to specified device (not cloud account)

Ok sorry. Just to clarify.

On iOS DMSS:
Main Menu
Device Details

Edit (top right corner)
The password which password do I enter there? As I can now view a password which is not anything I use.

In device password You must enter password to which You changed on NVR (for admin user).
I don’t remember changing the NVR password.

I had reset the password to the web IP login with the admin username.

I had reset my DMSS login. Which I have now confirmed is correct since I can sign out of DMSS and log back in successfully.

I can also login to web IP login too and currently still viewing live cameras on laptop.

Then youre good?

He's saying your DMSS password should be the same as your NVR passord/login

No as it stands my NVR password on the DMSS app > device details is different to the admin password I logged in on the local IP on my laptop. If it needs to be the same as the admin then I can try change the password in here:

I can view the current device password as it emails me an OTP. Then when I try and change the password it tells me the old password is incorrect, but that’s what it just let me view after confirming the code with the email?

Password successfully changed. Now it said wait some time or restart device. I’ve restarted the device now.

Success! The last thing I want to do before bed is get rid of that high pitched audio on live playback.

“Disabling noise filtering is done in the web interface of the camera, I have explained this previously but jigg insists it's an app issue.”

The new and previous couple of versions ago of the DMSS app. They removed the NR setting within the application itself. Audio is awful! Regardless if you turn off NR or change audio codec within the cameras.
