Hello,

Yesterday I received my first 3 cameras and PoE switch, and went on to fire them up and configure them after work.

I got two 2122, one with 2.8mm lens, the other 4mm lens and black housing. From what I understand both are the same save for the lens and color, but I noticed that the LED arrays and lenses look very different from each other.



Is this because of the 2.8 vs 4mm lens or somehow they are different products?

I managed to upgrade both to the latest firmware.

Hello,

The labels show the correct model number. Here a some pictures:



I also found something strange with the black cam. When trying to disable the OSD date/text I get a "parameter error" message and cannot durable it. Any ideas?
