DS-2CD2132F-IS - IR problem

Recently purchased some cameras DS- 2CD2132F -IS and one of them is with presenting an excess of white like a fog.
Below a photo comparing the image with another camera . Both are with the same configuration:

Any idea what could be ?

That is IR reflection..see post 10 here
