DS-2CD2145F-IS - poor quality?

Hi everyone,

I run several Hik DS-2CD2032-I/DS-2CD2132-I 3MP and really like the quality.
Recently I set up a DS-2CD2145F-IS (4 MP Dome) and got some problem concerning the image qualtiy:

Recording is done by Synology SS; I already tried to adjust the FPS - no effect.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

That looks like DNR=100

Yep DNR to high and WDR.

Post your settings if you want them checked.

Presently I have DNR = 50, WDR = 85.
Can these values be to high and cause that blurry image?

Sure, though yours don't seem high enough for your screenshot.
Drop them down and see what happens.

DNR set to zero and WDR to 20 and see what happens.

This makes me think the xxx5 range of values is similar to the 3MP cameras. On the WR region xx42 cameras then these settings aren't too high to do this.
