DS-2CD2332-I failed firmware update, default IP appears, but only responding on port 8000

hi all

attempted to update my grey market DS-2CD2332-I firmware - it never came back online. Is showing IP 192.0.0.64 in the SADP tool, the camera is appearing as DS-2CD-MinSystem with no WWW port (the others are showing port 80 and DS-2CD2332-I as normal)

given I cannot get into a gui to enable telnet, not sure where I'd start my unbricking process. any help appreciated. Thanks!

Try the 'Downgrader' first using the tftp updater tool : Custom Firmware Downgrader 5.3.0 Chinese to 5.2.5 English
Presumably in SADP the firmware shows as 4.0.8 - if so, that's a min-system 'recovery mode', no web services etc for when incompatible firmware has been applied.
