Ok. Thanks. Will do!

Ya, BI=Blue Iris!

As far as Blue Iris goes, I wonder if the output of the camera would be one channel with the 180 degree fov already splice together or would it be 2 seperate 90 degree fov channels. I'm guessing 2 channels.
It is 180 degree wide-view camera with one IP address, not fisheye camera.

How's the light pattern from the two leds on this cam?
Say I mount it on a pole 7ft high, how wide would the light illuminate to the sides of the pole? How far in front of the pole would it be illuminated? Trying to determine if it will cover my driveway without any supplemental lights needed.
I checked the cam specs but I don't see the light beam pattern angle specs.

Bonus question;
When it says "Depth Of Field : 3.6 m to ∞" in the specs, does that mean that if I stand 2m in front of the camera that it will not focus on me?

Thanks,

There's one street lamp 40ft away, but it's light output is blocked by an overgrown city tree, so almost no light hits my target area.

You could put up solar PIR lights - these are incredibly bright Leclstar 268 LED . They can either be off until motion is detected or dimly lit until motion. I've got a few where my Colorvu cameras are for extra lighting (and as an additional deterrent.)

I've found the results are better using multiple light sources- of a lower intensity- than trying to light the whole area with one super bright light. Or, if youve got one bright source, dont have it near the camera. The reason being if someone gets close to the camera a bright light can cause over exposure of their face- making identifying them impossible. Ive got one mains powered sensor light turned off for that reason (it's right next to a camera.)

I haven't actually tried the Colorvu with just the onboard light, but I am using their lights (at a low intensity) for fill lighting closer to the cameras. My street lighting is next to useless so I already had a variety of LED lights installed- some on all night, others motion activated. (I was previously using older 3MP "powered by Dark Fighter" IR cams in colour mode.)

Can you contact the city / company in charge of fixing the street lights and log a job for them to trim the tree? I did that on the website for the company that maintains the lights locally and they came out and trimmed the tree back.

It works great for ultrawide screens, sadly on hik-connect it just squeeze aneite image to phone resolution and looks horrible, but well, better than having 1/4th of image shown on entire window

Mainly want it to match the warmer white we have for our front porch light. Sounds like it will!

Any idea if the two LEDs can be enabled individually?

It should match fairly well. It's not a really yellow warm white, more probably between natural white and warm.

I'm not aware of individual LED control (unlike some other Hik cameras which have a high and low beam setting for IR.)
