DS-2CD2532F-IS IR Reflection

I have 7 Hikvision cams running but two of them (DS-2CD2532F-IS) reflect so bad that you cannot see anything at all. Does anyone have a fix for this? like some kind of dome modification? Or do you just have to not turn the cam to far in the dome?

Wow, thats the worst ive seen it..this can be caused by a number of reasons..if you follow the instructions in the link below you will be fine...its a nice camera.

thanks, i will troubleshoot. I am guessing the camera is turned too far in the housing but will have to play with it.

Had a similar issue, in which I had the tilt near the limit, which resulted in IR reflection in the dome. Problem was resolved by mounting the 2532 on a wedge to have the lens closer to the center of the range.
