DS-2CD2732F-IS varifocal 2.8-12mm question

im planning on buying this DS-2CD2732F-IS varifocal 2.8-12mm.

but how can i adjust the zoom in this one, is it made manually in the camera or can i do it in the software while im watching the camera on my computer?

It's manual at the time of installation... Dahua has some cheap motorized varifocal..
