DS-2CD2T32 can not connect

hello every body ....
i have DS-2CD2T32 cam and i cant connect to it.
in http port "" N/V""
and it vary difficult to connect to it directly without switch to use TFTP tool.

can any one help me

The firmware version of 4.0.8 suggests it's running in the 'min-system' recovery mode, which is entered when incompatible firmware or other fatal problems has occurred. In this mode just a basic system, kernel with SADP services but no web services, is running.

The recovery steps depend entirely on what was done to get the camera in that state.
Please advise.

The tftp tool works better when the camera and PC are on a switch - connecting the 2 directly is troublesome.

i want way to fix it without isolated it from other cameras

Maybe use a spare switch?
Or use the Batch Configuration Tool instead of the tftp updater. Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.
