The 'Language mismatch' is 'By design' of Hikvision when trying to connect a China region camera to an International NVR, as part of their efforts to inhibit their customers from buying from low-cost on-line sources and not from the 'Authorised resellers'.
Try connecting the camera as an ONVIF device - some NVRs don't object to that.
Otherwise - there is no simple solution, nothing you can configure to avoid the problem.
