m3u8 is pregenerated list, with media filenames inside.
You can do it using ffpmeg like this

yep, I did that for other ipcam where I have access to the cam via ssh.
but I got one cam I can’t ssh into it, I need another Pc/rpi to ffmpeg it
btw, back to this ipcam that original thread is discussing.
is there live stream via http link from this camera? I don’t want to use rtsp. I feel that it is slow update.
