DS-7104n-sn/p with work ezviz

Hi everybody. Who will be able to share the firmware for the Chinese 7104. I tried different firmware, but I could not find the ezviz with the workman. If there is anyone who shares please.

but its firmware without russian or english.

Sorry, but I have not seen such published firmware.

I don' know how to connect on CN server. I've used vpn but no luck.
