DS-7108N-SN/P Problem finding Cameras

Just for a little back ground I'm running 4 Hikvision Cameras all on 5.2.5 Firmware. All cameras worked properly on my old Super Mini NVR.

All the cameras have IP addresses of 192.168.1.x

The new NVR is on Firmware V3.0.7 build 140805 and Encoding Version V5.0 build 140704.

My network assigned an IP address of 192.168.1.180

Now for the issue. The NVR is unable to find any of the cameras. The cameras are plugged directly into the back of the NVR with both light eliminating showing communication. I've tried altering the camera's IP addresses to 192.168.254.x with no luck. Nothing seems to make these cameras visible to the NVR.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

By any chance are the (unspecified) cameras set to 3MP?
If so, try changing to 1080p, which is the highest that the 7108 is speced to handle.

If not - if you haven't tried this already, set one of the PoE ports to Manual instead of Plug&Play, note down the IP address of the port, and set one of the cameras to the same IP address, plug it in to the port and see if that works better.
