DS-7208HUHI tribrid dvr - error unpack digicap.dav

Good afternoon
I have unpacked the last firmware version of the tribrid dvr hikvision models DS-7208HUHI ( digicap.dav file).
After unpacked the cramfs.img file from digicap.dav, in the new folder, i can't open all the .tar.lzma file. I open only the player.zip file in this folder.

i have used the last 7zip program in windows, and linux pc in terminal and in root mode in order to open this files, but i think that hikvision have locked this files.

can i obtain help in order to resolve this mistery ?

The files are encrypted.
There is a copy of the player.zip that Hikvision have (accidentally) left in the NVR_78_79_EXX_V3.4.80_160718 firmware.
I say 'accidentally' because in the 3.4.62 firmware that file was a text file that said 'look on the CD for this program' Lol!

You can't fix up encrypted files with a 7zip recovery - you need to decrypt them.
Is this the firmware you are referencing (the last firmware version of the tribrid dvr hikvision models DS-7208HUHI)

It's one of those unusual files that has 2 separate sets of firmware in it.
