DS-7608NI-SE / P - 5MP Camera?

Hello,

I have a DS-7608NI-SE / P which has been working great for my two 4MP cameras however I've just added a third camera which is a DS-2CD2355FWD-I 5MP 2.8mm turret. For some reason, it will only allow me to record at a maximum of the following:



I have tried changing the camera to H264 (the camera is set to H265 currently) but this didn't allow to increase the quality settings.

The firmware of this NVR seems quite old but as far as I know this is the newest firmware available.



Any ideas?

See if in video settings you can change that 640*360 to 1080

The camera is working normally recording to its own SD card.

ok try two things one first reboot the nvr and see if it takes the camera resolution
Or turn off h265 in the camera web GUI then look at the nvr

Thanks. I’ve tried turning off H265 but that didn’t change anything. I’ll give the NVR a reboot.
