Hi to all! Pls help me to look for the latest firmware of HIKVISION DS-7832N-K2. Can't find it in HIKVISON website and hik europe download portal. my current version is V3.3.11 build 160204.

or is there other way to connect to EZVIZ or HIKConnect without upgrading?

That's a China region model - is it running modded firmware to give it EN menus? Or maybe that older firmware has an EN choice.
The latest firmware seems to be the CN firmware from here : 海康威视是以视频为核心的物联网解决方案提供商
But I suspect that would give CN menus, even if accepted.

it is in china language. i just use google translate to read the menus. will try the link. thanks!

thanks for the help. but already tried the latest update but the problem is not solved. any ideas that can connect my NVR to EZVIZ?
