I have Hikvision DS-2CD2T43G0-I5 with face detection support as confirmed in the data sheet, I have the camera connected on POE NVR Hikvision DS760NI-K1/8P, which also supports face detection as i find it under the VCA search option in the NVR.
However, the NVR is unable to detect faces when searching during playback under face detection mode nor during VCA search, any ideas ?
The option is enabled in both the camera config and the NVR config for this camera, as well as the in the NVR VCA configuration.
