I have to admit I never lock the doors on my car. It's parked in my driveway. It's not a street on which anybody who doesn't live in the 'hood traverses, though, and it's only accessible by car. If I lived in the city I'd be more careful. My son left his door unlocked that night. He never does that, but what-do-ya know the one night he does leave it unlocked someone's trying doors in the neighborhood. Obviously the neighbor left theirs unlocked as well.
I have coming up on 1100 cameras.
You guys are lucky enough to live in a nice safe neighborhood. As for me, I have the unfortunate pleasure of living next to drug dealers. I get death threats just about everyday. Before our surveillance cameras were in place & ready for recording, I had to resort to using my cell phone. You can see an example below. Now that we have surveillance cameras, there's almost no need for me to use my cell phone, but I do have my phone ready for speed dial to 911, in case of an emergency.
At this point, we may need to just resort to turning our televisions and monitors sideways and reprogramming everything. My wife gets this lecture from me frequently.I think he was trying to tell you you're holding the camera wrong.....
