Yikes!
In the U.S. of A., Brown-Orange-Yellow is 480 VAC, 3 phase (277 VAC to neutral)....it is NOT as forgiving as 120/240 if you get across it!
Didn't seem to bother the spiders.

I suspect that is a local motor disconnect on some type of conveyor.....in a really dirty environment.

Rookies. That's all wrong. Jack goes under the car. Then let the weight of the car come down to do the work for you. Been there, done that for other tough bolts when I was young and didn't have air tools. ; )

That's more of a bigger hammer job.
