Email Settings

I got my gmail to work fine but I don't want to use my gmail account to send emails from my cameras. I set up a separate account through charter/spectrum to do this task and followed their settings here for the smtp outgoing server using both the server and port numbers for desktop and mobile settings for both charter.net and spectrum.net as they told me either should work when I called their customer support today.

It doesn't work but rather throws the following error when I test it. Any suggestions? TIA

Just setup another gmail account...why mess this charter crap?
